摘要
把人力资源管理六大模块导入高校图书馆志愿者管理之中,六大模块内容包括工作规划、招募配置、培训管理、绩效管理、薪酬管理和劳动关系,具体分析其在高校图书馆志愿者管理中的运用,使之形成一个完整和循环的过程,进一步提出就业挂钩、学分制、校本课建设和注册体制等创新管理,实现高校图书馆志愿者管理的可持续发展。
The author leads human resources management six modules into volunteer management of university library, which includes six contents: planning, recruiting, training, examining, encouraging, and contracting.Analyzing its apply in the volunteer management of university library, making it form an integrated and cycled process, the author puts forward the innovation about contacting employment, credit rules, course construction and register system, to realize the continuous development of volun-teer management of university library.
