摘要
目的：研究百合固金口服液联合N-乙酰半胱氨酸（NAC）对慢性阻塞性肺疾病（COPD）稳定期患者疗效;方法：80例COPD稳定期患者随机分为观察组和对照组各40例。对照组采用西医常规治疗方法。观察组采用百合固金口服液联合NAC;观察2组治疗前后慢性阻塞性肺疾病自我评估测试（CAT）评分及肺功能。结果：2组治疗前后CAT评分有改善,治疗后评分均小于治疗前评分,治疗前后CAT评分差≥2分（P〈0.05）,观察组CAT评分差≥4分减少更明显（P〈0.05）;2组肺功能FEV1/FVC变化不明显（P〉0.05）,FEV1有改善（P〈0.05）;观察组的用力呼气流量（FEF25%~75%）有显著改善（P〈0.01）。结论：百合固金口服液联合N-乙酰半胱氨酸治疗能改善慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期患者临床症状及肺功能。
OBJECTIVE To investigate effects of Baihe Gujin oral liquid in combination with N-acetylcysteine （NAC） on treating chronic obstructive pulmonary disease（COPD）in the stable period. METHODS 80 cases of COPD in stable period were randomly divided into treatment group and control group （n = 40 each）. The control group was treated with routine western medicine, and the treatment group was treated with Baihe Gujin oral liquid in combination with NAC. The COPD assessment test （CAT） score and lung function were evaluated before and after treatment. RESULTS CAT scores improved after treament in both groups. The score after treatment were less than that before treatment. The FEV1/FVC value of lung function had no significant difference between the two groups （P 〉 0.05）, whereas FEV1 improved （P 〈 0.05）. The forced expiratory flow （FEF 25 % - 75 %） of treatment group improved significantly （P〈 0. 05）. CONCLUSION Baihe Gujin oral liquid and NAC therapy can improve clinical symptoms and lung function of COPD patients in the stable period.
