摘要
随着环境污染的加重,我国呼吸系统疾病发病率逐年提高,慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期(acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,AECOPD)患者增加,不断优化、完善治疗方案对于提高临床治疗效果具有重要意义。吸入用乙酰半胱氨酸溶液作为临床治疗AECOPD的常用药物,明确其治疗效果有助于指导医师对治疗药物的选择,为此,本文章将从慢性阻塞性肺疾病出发,分析其病因、患者临床表现及治疗方法,分析吸入用乙酰半胱氨酸溶液的药理毒理及雾化吸入治疗的优点,并着重探讨吸入用乙酰半胱氨酸溶液对AECOPD患者炎症因子、免疫功能、肺功能、血气指标等的影响,以期为临床相关研究提供参考与指导。
With the aggravation of environmental pollution,the incidence rate of respiratory diseases in China has increased year by year.The number of patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(AECOPD)has increased.It is of great significance to improve and optimize the treatment plan to improve the clinical treatment effect.Inhaled acetylcysteine solution is used as a common drug for clinical treatment of AECOPD.Clarifying its therapeutic effect will help guide doctors to choose therapeutic drugs.Therefore,starting from chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,this article will analyze its etiology,clinical manifestations and treatment methods,analyze the pharmacology and toxicology of inhaled acetylcysteine solution and the advantages of aerosol inhalation treatment,and focus on the effects of inhaled acetylcysteine solution on inflammatory factors,immune function,lung function and blood gas indexes in patients with AECOPD,in order to provide reference and guidance for clinical related research.
