摘要
AFM图像是利用超细的探针在样品的表面通过机械扫描获得的,成像质量的高低,很大程度上由于探针的形状决定的。本文主要讨论AFM成像过程中探针的针尖效应对成像质量的影响。
AFM images were obtained through the mechanical scanning by the use of super fine probe on the surface of samples, the quality of images largely depend on the shape of the probe. This article focuses on the tips shape effect in the process of AFM imaging.
