摘要
教育收益率是人力资本理论研究的重要内容,是衡量市场转型的重要指标。现有研究对农民工群体的教育收益率关注不足。利用2006年、2008年和2010年珠三角农民工的调查数据,使用明瑟基准模型进行估计。研究发现:珠三角农民工三年的教育收益率分别为7.45%、6.75%和5.21%,并未出现递增的趋势;经济增长并未给农民工带来较高的教育收益率。导致这种现象的原因是珠三角的产业结构没有升级或提升缓慢,劳动力市场与教育市场不匹配。
The rate of return to education is one of the most important components of the research of human capital theories, and it is one of the pivotal indicators measuring market transformation. Existing researches about migrant workers' returns to education are relatively scanty. This study made full use of survey data of migrant workers in Pearl River Delta in 2006,2008 and 2010 ,and Mincer Baseline Model has been used to estimate. This study found that the rates of migrant workers' returns to education in Pearl River Delta in these three years are 7.45 %, 6.75% and 5.21% separately instead of a trend of increasing. Economic growth does not bring a higher rate of return to education for migrant workers. The reason of this phenomenon is Pearl River Delta' s hysteretic or slow - ascending industrial structure, and mismatch of labor market and education market.
