摘要
我国教育市场留下的空缺，使得民办教育得以重生与发展。但市场同时制约着民办教育的生存与发展。民办教育必须要按照市场经济的要求运行，在份额、规模、分布、层次上都受到市场总需求的限定。各级政府职能部门应在教育的总需求、教育的层次、分布等问题上为民办教育提供科学依据，以便民办教育能科学决策，让民办教育也能“有计划”地发展。
There is some opening left over in our country's education market, which has brought up the renascence and development of the private education. At the same time, education's market has restrained subsistence and development of private education. The private education must operate according to market economy rules and are restricted in such aspects as market share, scale, distribution and level. All levels government's functional departments should provide scientific basis in view of the general demand of education, level and distribution of education etc. for the private education so that the private education can carry out scientific decision-making for its development. In this way, the private education can has its 'planned' development.
