摘要 同时检测食品中的对羟基苯甲酸甲酯、对羟基苯甲酸乙酯、对羟基苯甲酸丙酯、苯甲酸、山梨酸、脱氢乙酸等6种防腐剂,对色谱条件及样品的前处理方法进行研究,实现了前处理条件及色谱条件的一致性,利用高效液相色谱仪的梯度洗脱和波长切换,实现了6种防腐剂的有效分离。方法回收率高,精密度和检出限均可满足食品安全检测工作需要。是一种简便、快捷、准确的检测方法。 To simultaneous determinate methylparaben, ethylparaben, eropylparaben, benzoic acid, sorbic acid, and dehydroacetic acidin foods, the chromatographic condition and pretreatment methods of the samples were studied to achieve consistency of the pretreatment conditions and the chromatographic condition of different food preservatives, and gradient elution and wavelength switching in HPLC were conducted to effectively separate 6 food preservatives in foods. The recovery rate of this method is high and the precision and detection limit meet the food safety testing needs. The method is very simple, quick and accurate.
