摘要
目的 同时测定液态食品和可溶性固态食品中的对羟基苯甲酸甲（丙）酯、阿斯巴甜的含量。方法 高效液相色谱法。结果 样品加标回收率为91％～104．3％，RSD〈3％。结论 该法操作简单、方便，令人满意。
Objective The methyl- P- hydroxybenzoate, n - propyl 4 hydroxybenzoate, and aspartame in liquid and soluble solid foods were simultaneously determined. Method HPLO was applied. Result The RSD was less than 3 % and the recovery rate was 91% - 104.3 %. Conclusion HPLC method is simple and convenient, and the results are satisfactory.
