摘要
采用高效液相色谱法同时测定食品中的苯甲酸、山梨酸、脱氢乙酸、对羟基苯甲酸甲酯、对羟基苯甲酸乙酯、对羟基苯甲酸丙酯等6种防腐剂,评价了高效液相色谱法同时测定食品中多种防腐剂含量方法的不确定度。通过不确定度来源分析,建立数学模型,量化了各分量的相对标准不确定度,并计算出合成标准不确定度。结果显示:当选择95%的包含概率,包含因子取k=2时,样品中苯甲酸浓度为0.471g/kg时,扩展不确定度为0.0236g/kg;样品中山梨酸浓度为0.472g/kg时,扩展不确定度为0.0218g/kg;样品中脱氢乙酸浓度为0.239g/kg时,扩展不确定度为0.0230g/kg;样品中对羟基苯甲酸甲酯浓度为0.2409g/kg时,扩展不确定度为0.0120g/kg;样品中羟基苯甲酸乙酯浓度为0.2414g/kg时,扩展不确定度为0.0136g/kg;样品中羟基苯甲酸丙酯浓度为0.2395g/kg时,扩展不确定度为0.0144g/kg。如实反映测量的置信度和准确性,在实际的工作中具有较强的实用价值。
This paper aims at evaluating the uncertainty for the simultaneous determination of benzoic acid,sorbic acid,dehydroacetic acid,methyl 4-hydroxybenzoate,ethyl 4-hydroxybenzoate,propyl 4-hydroxybenzoate in foods using HPLC method. The method applied is establishing mathematical model,analyzing sources of the uncertainty of the whole process,and calculating the expanded uncertainty of synthetic standard uncertainty. When selecting the contains the probability of 95%,including factors take k=2,uncertainty and content of benzoic acid,sorbic acid,dehydroacetic acid,methyl 4-hydroxybenzoate,ethyl 4-hydroxybenzoate,propyl 4-hydroxybenzoate are(0.471 ±0.0236)g/kg,(0.472 ±0.0218)g/kg,(0.239 ±0.0230)g/kg,(0.2409 ±0.0120)g/kg,(0.2414 ±0.0136)g/kg,(0.2395 ±0.0144)g/kg. Confidence level and accuracy are reflected honestly,with strong practical value in the actual work.
