摘要
山西是典型的资源型省份,长期以来的畸形发展使得山西社会经济的发展出现了较多问题,比如产业结构不合理、技术创新能力不足、环境污染严重等。其中,最值得关注的是山西的环境问题,高污染的传统工业占比过高,新兴产业的占比较低。建筑行业作为国民经济的支柱产业,在为经济发展带来好处的同时,也造成了一定的环境污染。在低碳经济全面盛行的今天,建筑行业如何实现低碳发展是亟需解决的问题,特别是在环境污染较为严重的山西,这一问题则更加突出。在分析了低碳建筑的内涵和山西建筑业发展现状的基础上,总结了山西建筑业实现低碳发展的主要障碍,并针对这些制约因素提出了相关的解决措施。
Shanxi Province is a typical resource-based; long-standing abnormal development of economic and social led to more problems, such as irrational industrial structure, lack of technological innovation, and serious environmental pollution. One of the most noteworthy in Shanxi is the environment problem, the traditional high pollution industrial accounting high proportion, but new industries accounting low proportion. As a pillar industry of the national economy, the construction industry not only makes benefits to economic development, but also caused a certain amount of environmental pollution. In the overall prevalence of low-carbon economy era, how the construction industry to achieve a low-carbon development is a pressing issue, especially in the more serious environmental pollution in Shanxi, which is more prominent. Based on the analysis of low-carbon building connotation and development status on the construction industry in Shanxi, it summarized the main obstacle to the construction industry to achieve a low-carbon development and addressed these constraints proposed solutions.
