摘要
教师教学行为对于培养学生的公民素质和各项能力起着重要的作用。影响整体教学质量的因素有很多,通过从教师课堂教学行为的研究入手,首先对国外课堂教学行为的研究现状进行了阐述,然后剖析了教师教学行为中存在的问题,并对提升教师课堂教学行为有效性的对策进行了探讨。
Teacher's teaching behavior plays an important role in the cultivation of students' citizen quality and other skills. Factors that affect the overall quality of teaching are a lot. But in this paper,it discusses mainly from the study of teacher' s classroom teaching behavior. First,it describes the research status of classroom teaching behavior abroad,then it analyzes the problems existing in teaching behavior and at last, it probes into countermeasures of how to improve the effectiveness of teachers' classroom teaching behavior.
