摘要
新任教师是教师队伍的重要组成部分,是未来教师队伍的中流砥柱。课堂教学质量的高低取决于教师的教学行为是否规范。在教学实践过程中,个别教师尤其是医学专业新任教师普遍存在着教学目标不明确、教学内容安排不合理、教学方法不灵活、课堂管理不和谐等诸多教学行为失常的现象。本文从学校岗前培训无针对性、教学督导执行不力以及新任教师教育教学理论匮乏、心理压力过大等方面分析了造成失常教学行为的原因,并针对这些原因提出学校要加强岗位培训的实用性、教学督导的有效性,教师要强化教育教学技能、心理健康素养,以促进新任教师教学质量的提高。
The novice teacher is an important part of teachers, is the mainstay of future teachers. The quality of classroom teaching depends on the teacher’s teaching behavior. However, in the course of teaching practice there are many abnormal teaching behaviors, such as teaching objectives are not clear, the arrangement of teaching content is not reasonable, the teaching methods are not flexible, the classroom management is not harmonious and so on in the individual teachers especially the medical professional teachers. This paper analyzes the causes of disorder teaching behaviors from the non-targeted school of training, ineffective teaching supervision and lack of education and teaching theory,excessive psychological pressure of novice teachers, puts forward the school should strengthen the practicality of job training and effectiveness of teaching supervision. Teachers should strengthen education and teaching skills and mental health literacy, in order to promote the improvement of the teaching quality of the novice teachers.
