摘要
AMS2750E标准规定了各类真空炉型的温度校准精度和均匀性的要求,以及各类仪器、仪表的校准精度。目前各行业都在借鉴和使用该标准,而普通的真空炉不能满足AMS2750E标准要求。通过对其关键技术的解决和实施,研制了能够满足AMS2750E标准的真空炉,并且已经在航空、航天以及各行业领域内广泛使用。
AMS2750E standard temperature calibration accuracy of all kinds of vacuum furnace and uniformity requirements, and all kinds of instruments, calibration accuracy. At present, the industry is in the reference and use the standard, while the ordinary vacuum furnace can not meet the requirements of AMS2750E. We solve and the implementation of its key technology, developed to meet the standard of AMS2750E vacuum furnace, and also has been widely used in aviation, aerospace and other industries.
