摘要 简述在特定真空度下温度测量专用热电偶:廉金属、贵金属与难熔金属热电偶的特点、选择与应用,详细探讨工业钨铼热电偶的分类、真空炉专用热电偶的结构与安装,简介真空炉测温准确度的影响因素,进口热电偶国产化研究,结果表明:国产真空炉专用热电偶完全可以替代价格昂贵的进口热电偶。 Introduce the characteristic, selection and application of the thermocouples for temperature measurement under certain vacuum degree such as base, precious as well as refractory metal thermocouples. The category of industrial tungsten-rhenium thermocouples, the structure and installation of thermocouple for vacuum furnace were discussed in detail. Briefly introduce the factors influencing the accuracy of vacuum furnace temperature measurement and localization research of the import thermocouple. The results indicate that the domestic thermocouples for vacuum furnace can replace expensive import thermocouples.
