摘要
研究了弧面凸轮加工机床的中心距误差.利用等距曲面理论建立了弧面凸轮廓面方程,以及弧面凸轮廓面加工误差的数学模型,给出了中心距误差影响系数的计算方法.通过一个凸轮机构实例,求解不同走刀轨迹对应的中心距误差影响因子曲线,得到了加工廓面误差的变化规律;用VC++编程和PROE软件仿真出了加工廓面及加工廓面误差,揭示了由于加工机床中心距误差的存在导致弧面凸轮廓面加工误差,以及引起弧面凸轮机构的冲击、碰撞的产生机理.研究结果表明:加工机床中心距误差影响凸轮机构的啮合性能,对弧面凸轮的动力学性能有重要影响.
The effect of center distance error of machine tool employed in machining globoidal cam was discussed. Based on the offset surface theory, the equation of the globoidal cam profile and the mathematical model of the profile error were established, and the sensitivity coefficient of the center error was derived. The' variation of the sensitivity coefficient corresponded to different tool paths was further investigated. The real profile and profile error were simulated through VC + + and PROE software, and the impact and collision of the globoidal cam mechanism caused by the center distance error and its generation mechanism were revealed. Results show that the center error degrades meshing quality and has a bad influence on the transmission performances.
