摘要
介绍了以空间啮合原理为基础的两旋转坐标联动数控加工蜗形凸轮时 ,刀具摆角误差对凸轮廓面法向误差的影响规律 ,在此基础上 ,以具体实例分析和计算了该加工误差对从动盘的分度及定位精度的影响 。
In this paper, based on the spatial meshing pr inciple, we introduced two-rotating-coordinated axes CNC machining globoidal c am, and the influence law of turning angle error Δ φ 2 of the machinin g tool on the profile normal error Δ n of the cam. Then we gave an examp le for analysis and calculated its influence on the accuracy of the follower's l aw. The result can be used to improve the machining accuracy and mechanism trans mission accuracy.
