摘要
针对现有弧面分度凸轮廓面修形方法存在的不足,提出了一种全新的弧面分度凸轮廓面修形方法,并对该修形方法进行了理论分析与加工实践。提出了对传统范成法加工的刀具轨迹进行修正来加工弧面分度凸轮的原理和实现方法。该方法是对传统范成法的发展,实现了范成法的单侧面加工,既克服了传统范成法加工的不足,提高了弧面分度凸轮表面加工质量,又使得凸轮机构的啮合特性得到改善。
In order to overcome the disadvantage of the profile correction method for the globoidal indexing cam which was widely accepted, a new profile correction method was put forward, the feasibility of it was verified through manufacture and application of the globoidal indexing cam mechanism, moreover, the theoretical analysis on the profile correction method was also worked out. This paper presented a new tool path control method, which modifies the tool path of traditional enveloping method, realizes one - side machining of the globoidal indexing cam. The new method overcomes the defects caused by traditional enveloping method, improves the machined surface quality and the meshing characteristics of the cam mechanism.
