摘要
本文根据弧面凸轮机构的啮合特点,用运动学方法重新推导了弧面凸轮的基本方程。并根据等距偏置曲面的结论,提出空间凸轮的理论轮廓曲面概念,运用Mohr圆分析弧面凸轮共轭曲面的几何形态。从而使空间凸轮的基本原理及其应用变得简单明了.
Based on the intrinsic properties of the surfaces in engagemcnt,the system of fundamental cquations for globoid cam is rcderived succinctly to rcplace the complicated mathematic metbod used conventionally.Equi-distant surface of the cam-profile is revcaled and the conception of theo-retical profile for globoid cam is proposcd.An one-to-one correspondencC between planar and gioboid cam mechanisms is thus manifestcd.Employing the first and second form for surface geome-try,principal curvatures of the surface are cvaluated and alogorithm for undep-cut verification is presented All these surfaee gcometric informations are essential to the design and manufacturing process of this kind of mechanism.
