摘要
由于弧面分度凸轮构造实体比较复杂,建模方法也有多种,在分析了常见的建模方法之后采取了一种新的建模方法。该方法通过Matlab软件对选择的凸轮曲线进行分析和计算,然后导入到Solidworks中对凸轮进行实体建模和运动仿真分析。通过仿真分析结果表明,该建模方法简单且精度较高,具有较好的可行性。
Because the design of globoid indexing cam solid is complicated, it can be modeled by many methods. After common modeling methods analyzed, a new modeling method is given. The cam curves se- lected are computed and analyzed by Matlab software, and the data of modeling are imported and done mod- eling and kinematics simulation analysis in Solidworks software. The results show that the new method of molding globoid indexing cam is simple, precise and feasible.
