摘要
针对节点外啮合齿轮传动的啮合特点,研究了外啮合与内啮合齿轮齿廓上综合曲率半径的变化规律;对常规的接触应力计算方法进行了改进,建立了节点外啮合齿轮的接触应力进行计算;求解了节点外啮合齿轮传动与普通齿轮传动的接触应力,并做了分析对比。计算结果表明,外啮合齿轮传动采用节点后啮合,内啮合齿轮采用节点前啮合可以提高齿轮传动的接触强度。
According to the node external gear pair' s characteristic, the comprehensive radius of curvature' s change rule is researched on, and the traditional contact stress calculation is improved. The load bearing capacity of the node external gear and the ordinary gear is calculated. The result shows that when the external-meshing gear meshing is behind the pitch point or the internalmeshing gear meshing is before the pitch point, the load bearing capacity of the gear can be improved.
