摘要
通过实例介绍了用花键铣床加工少齿数(2~5个齿)、小直径圆柱斜齿轮的新方法,此方法较传统滚齿机加工可提高效率10倍以上.文章给出了用花键铣床加工圆柱斜齿轮的无差动分齿挂轮公式,并用微分法推导了分齿挂轮比的计算允许误差要求的计算公式.指出用高速珩磨技术可以提高齿轮精度答7级以上,粗糙度达Ra0.4,降低啮合噪声到70dB以下.
A new method to machine cylindrical helical gear with minority number of teeth (2~5) and small diameter on spline miller is described in this paper. The effectiveness of this new method can be improved by 10 times compare to that of traditional machining on gear-hobbing machine. The expressions of undifferentical side set change speed gear about machining cylindrical helical gear with spline miller are given as well as the expressions of side set change speed gear ratio. As a result, the gear precision can be improved by the technology of high speed honing and the degree of roughness is Ra0.4, which attributes to preventing the undesired sound of gearing mesh from being higher than 70 dB.
