摘要
目的:研究蓬子菜活性成分-香叶木苷的抗凝血和抗静脉血栓作用。方法:通过结扎大鼠下腔静脉造成下肢静脉血栓模型,通过对凝血四项指标:凝血酶原时间(PT)、活化部分凝血酶时间(APTT)、血浆纤维蛋白原(FIB)、凝血酶时间(TT)的观察,及下腔静脉在光镜下的组织学变化,研究香叶木苷对血栓大鼠凝血功能的影响。结果:香叶木苷90、180、360mg/kg能明显延长PT和TT时间;180、360mg/kg能明显延长APTT时间;90、180、360mg/kg能显著降低FIB含量(P<0.05或P<0.01)。光镜观察香叶木苷高、中、低剂量组均能明显抑制大鼠下腔静脉血栓形成,保护血管内皮细胞,且中剂量组与阿司匹林组作用相当。结论:香叶木苷具有抗凝血和抗静脉血栓形成作用。
Objective:To study anti-coagulant and anti-venous thrombosis of diosmin-the active ingredients of Galium verum L.Methods:Create lower limb venous thrombosis models by ligature rats' inferior vena cava,observe clotting four indicators:PT,APTT,TT and FIB,and observe histological changes of inferior vena cava under light microscope,to study the influence of diosmin on blood coagulation function of thrombosis rats.Results:Diosmin 90,180,360mg/kg could prolong the time of PT and TT,180,360mg/kg could prolong the time of APTT;90,180,360mg/kg could decrease FIB (P < 0.05 or P < 0.01).Observation under the light microscope showed that different doses of diosmin could inhibit inferior vena cava thrombosis in rats obviously,and it could protect vascular endothelial cells,and the effect of dose of 180mg/kg was equal to the effect of aspirin.Conclusion:Diosmin has an effect on anti-coagulant and anti-venous thrombosis.
