摘要 食品供应链在我国被称为"农田到餐桌",随着时代发展,人们物质文化需求不断增长,百姓对食品的丰富性、精致性需求巨幅增加,同时,随着现代生活节奏的加快,精加工食品方便了人们的生活,越来越受到百姓青睐。供应链不再是单链存在,而呈网状扩大,这给食品安全的监管与控制带来巨大挑战。本文将从食品供应链上各环节出发,分别阐述企业、政府对食品安全的监管与控制点,并讨论如何更好服务消费者的新措施。 The food supply chain is known as the"farm-to-table"in our country. With the development of times , people's material and cultural needs is growing. However,people's demand for food's richness and exquisitely design increased dramatically. At the same time,with the increase of the modern life rhythm,people prefer to intensively and finely products. The expansion for supply chain network brings a challenge to food safety regulation and control. This paper will described food supply chain in every part ,including the enterprises and the government's regulation and control for food safety,and discussing the new measures for better service to consumers.
