摘要
随着生活水平的不断提高,蔬菜作为健康饮食的主要构成之一,其消费需求量不断扩大。由于农产品生产的特殊性,造成了蔬菜供应链的多种形式发展,就配送环节而言,存在着资源的不合理消耗,甚至对环境造成了污染。本文主要以降低物流成本和最小化配送运输过程中的碳排放为目标,研究了安全可追溯性较强的大型超市为主和专业蔬菜流通企业为主体的蔬菜供应链的配送方案,建立了多目标规划模型,并给出了模型的求解方案,为构建蔬菜绿色供应链,优化配送网络,降低蔬菜配送成本提供了决策支持。
With the continuous improvement of living standards,vegetables as one of the main components of a healthy diet,its consumer demand was expanding. Due to the particularity of agricultural production,the development of vegetable supply chain had various forms,in terms of shipping,there was a resource of unreasonable consumption,even caused the pollution to the environment. The objectives of the article were including minimize logistics costs and minimize carbon emissions. Due to its strong safety traceability,we researched on the distribution plan of large-scale supermarket and specialty vegetables circulation enterprises as the main body of the vegetable supply chain,the multi-objective programming model was established,and the scheme of solving the model was given. The article provides decision support for building vegetables green supply chain,optimizing the distribution network,decreasing the cost of vegetables distribution.
