摘要
暴力风险评估目前已成为精神卫生领域的关注热点。本文回顾了经验性评估、统计性评估及结构化临床判断3种风险评估方法的发展过程,并对各阶段风险评估工具的效度和信度进行分析。指出将动态因子与静态因子相结合的新型短期评估工具,能够有效地预测患者的暴力;同时,建议在国外已有研究的基础上,发展适合我国国情的风险评估工具和模式。
Violence risk assessment has currently become a focal topic in the field of mental health. This article reviewed the development process of clinical approach, statistical approach and structured clinical judgment The validity and reliability of the risk assessment instruments for each stage was also analyzed. The research concluded that new short-term assessment instruments could effectively predict the patients＇violence through combining dynamic factors and static factors. At the same time, it suggests that the risk assessment instruments which are fit for Chinese conditions should be developed on the basis of Previous research abroad.
