摘要 NaHSO4和H2SO4能够作为酯化反应的催化剂,本文研究了以乙酸和正丁醇为原料,NaHSO4和浓H2SO4为复合催化剂合成乙酸正丁酯。最佳反应条件为:酸醇摩尔比n(乙酸):n(正丁醇)为1:1.65,催化剂用量为1.65g,复合催化剂中Na HSO4与浓H2SO4之比为1:0.17,反应时间125min,酯化率最高可达97.6%。 The sodium bisulfate and concentrated sulfuric acid can be used as a catalyst for esterification. Using acetic acid and n-butyl as raw material, sodium bisulfate and sulfuric acid catalyst for the synthesis of n-butyl acetate compound were studied. The optimum reaction conditions are as follows: acid molar ratio n(acetic acid)∶n(n-butyl)was 1:1.65, the amount of catalyst 1.65 g, Complex catalyst in concentrated sulfuric acid and sodium hydrogen sulfate ratio of 1:0.17, and the reaction time was one hundred and twenty minutes(125min). Esterification rate can be up to 97.6%.
