摘要
研究了采用复合无机盐Fe2(SO4)3.(NH4)2S2O8为催化剂,以油酸和正丁醇为原料合成油酸正丁酯,通过正交实验及单因素检验,考察了反应条件对酯化率的影响。结果表明,最佳反应条件:油酸用量0.05 mol,正丁醇用量0.08 mol,催化剂用量0.3 g,15 mL正丁醇作带水剂,反应温度(120~140)℃,反应时间1.0 h,酯化率大于96%。
Using oleinic acid and n-butyl alcohol as the reactants and compound inorganic salts Fe2 (SO4)3·(NH4)2S2O8 as the catalyst,the synthesis of butyl oleate was studied. The influence of reaction conditions on esterification was investigated by orthogonal experimental design. The results showed that the esterification rate of over 96% was attained under the optimum reaction condition as follows : oleic acid dosage 0. 05 mol, n-butanol amount 0. 08 mol, catalyst dosage 0.3 g, water carrying agent n-butanol amount 15 mL, reaction temperature ( 120 - 140)℃, and reaction time 1.0 h.
