摘要
利用硫酸氢钠复合催化剂催化合成了己酸乙酯,确定了其最佳反应条件:催化剂用量为每1 mol己酸3 g,醇酸物质的量比为1.5∶1,以环己烷为带水剂,回流反应时间为4 h,己酸的酯化率可达97.38%。实验表明:该催化剂催化效果好,使用量少,酯化率高,环境污染小,后处理工艺缩短了工艺流程,操作简便,有工业应用价值。
Use sodium hydrogen sulphate composite catalyst as catalyst on the esterifieation reaction of ethyl hexanoate is studied. The optimal reaction conditions is selected as following:weight of catalyst is 3 g/mol hexanoic acid, the mole ratio of alchol to acid is 1. 5 : 1, water is removed with cyclohexane and the reaction time is 4 h. The esterification of hexanoic acid is about 97.38%. Experimental results show that sodinm hydrogen sulphate is a good catalyst of this esterification reaction,with the little amount used, the good esterification,little waste discharged. Process is significantly shortened. It is very valuable in practice.
