摘要
以乳酸、正丁醇为原料,纳米TiO2为催化剂,合成了乳酸丁酯。确定了最佳合成工艺条件为:催化剂用量1.0g;酸醇物质的量之比1∶1.4;带水剂甲苯10mL;反应时间3.0h;酯化率达94.7%。采用固体纳米粒子催化,工艺简单、催化剂用量少、时间短、无三废。
Butyl lactate was synthesized from lactic acid and butyl alcohol with nanometric titanium oxide as catalyst. The optimum condition was chosen with esterification rate of 94.7%. The method was simple with less pollution.
