手法整复硬纸夹板外固定治疗桡骨头骨折 被引量：3

摘要 目的观察手法整复硬纸夹板外固定治疗桡骨头骨折的疗效。方法对36例桡骨头骨折患者行手法整复硬纸夹板外固定治疗并进行早期功能锻炼。结果按Broberg和Morrey肘关节治疗评定方法,优22例,良10例,可4例。结论手法整复硬纸夹板外固定治疗桡骨头骨折复位满意,固定可靠,方法简单,可降低关节僵硬、异位骨化的发生率,有利于早期进行功能锻炼。
