摘要
目的探讨桡骨小头骨折手术治疗方法的选择.方法我院自2000.6至2002.6收治5例桡骨小头骨折患者,均行手术切开复位,'鼓式'内固定术,即用钛合金指骨(或掌骨)螺钉环行内固定.结果所有病例均获随访11～24月,平均18个月,术后10～12周5例骨折均完全愈合,螺钉位置良好,功能恢复均良好,无二次手术病例.结论 '鼓式'内固定治疗桡骨小头骨折是一种比较实用却预后较好的手术方法,但正确掌握手术适应征和手术技巧更重要.
Objective To explore the selection of the surgical ways for treatments of fractures of the head of radius. Methods From June 2000 to June 2002, 5 cases of fractures of the head of radius were treated by surgery of Drum-shaped internal fixation which means to use several titanium screws to fix the fractures circularly like a drum. Results The average follow-up period was 18 months (11~24). All of fractures healed up after surgery 10 to 12 weeks. The screws were in the right places. All of the cases got good functions after surgery. Conclusion Drum-shaped internal fixation is one of useful ways for the treatment of fractures of the head of radius and it can get good results. But, it's more important to master surgical indications and surgical techniques.
