摘要
目的探讨超声弹性成像技术(EU)对早期恶性乳腺肿瘤的诊断价值。方法以病理学诊断为标准,比较常规二维超声与超声弹性成像两者对早期乳腺癌诊断的准确性。结果对128例早期乳腺恶性肿块患者,常规超声及超声弹性成像技术的诊断符合率分别为81.25%、93.75%,两者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对于肿块平均直径的判断弹性成像为1.21±0.035,与病理所得1.24±0.065差异无统计学意义,与常规二维超声判断结果 0.67±0.021差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论超声弹性成像技术与常规二维超声比较对早期乳腺恶性肿瘤的诊断具有较高的准确性,并能够较准确地判断肿块的大小。
Objective To investigate the value of ultrasound elasticity imaging on breast cancer. Methods The diagnostic ac- curacy of the imagining methods was analyzed in compared with each other on the basis of the postoperative pathological results. Results Among 128 patients with breast carcinoma, the diagnostic conforming rate of uhrasound, ultrasound elasticity imaging were 81.25 % and 93.75 %, respectively (P 〈 0.05 ). EU had more accuracy than ultrasound in evaluation of the diameter of the lump (P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion EU can improve the accurate rate in diagnosing nonage breast cancer, but it has deficit in some special type.
