摘要
目的探讨超声弹性成像(UE)比值法对乳腺实性肿块良恶性鉴别的诊断价值。方法应用常规超声和UE比值法对55例患者共62个乳腺肿块分别进行检查,用病理诊断为标准。结果常规超声诊断乳腺癌的敏感性为65.0%(13/20),特异性为71.4%(30/42),符合率为69.4%(43/62);UE诊断乳腺癌的敏感性为85.0%(17/20),特异性为90.5%(38/42),符合率为88.7%(55/62)。UE比值法的诊断符合率显著高于常规超声诊断(P<0.01)。结论 UE比值法对乳腺实性肿块的良恶性鉴别有重要的临床价值。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of ultrasonic elastography（UE） ratio method in diagnosing benign or malignant breast neoplasms.Methods 62 breast neoplasms in 55 patients were examined with conventional ultrasound（US） and UE ratio method by the standard of pathology diagnosis.Results For conventional ultrasound（US） method in diagnosis of breast cancer,the sensitivity,specificity and accuracy were 65.00%（13/20）,71.43%（30/42）,69.4%（43/62）,respectively.For UE ratio method,the sensitivity,specificity and accuracy were 85.0%（17/20）,90.5%（38/42）,88.7%（55/62）,respectively.The accuracy of the latter was obviously higher than that of the former（P0.01）.Conclusion UE ratio method has an important clinical value in the diagnosis of malignant and benign breast neoplasms.
