摘要
建立了高频红外碳硫分析仪测定硅锰合金中碳含量的相应数学模型,对数学模型中各个参数进行不确定度来源分析,分别对A类不确定度或B类不确定度进行评定。对各不确定度分量合成和扩展,得到碳质量分数的不确定度。结果表明:曲线的拟合是不确定度的主要来源。
A mathematics model for evaluating the uncertainty for the determination of carbon in ferromanganese-silicon by EMIA-320 V carbon-sulfur analysis instrument was established. The uncertainty sources for each of the parameters in the model were analyzed. The uncertainties of type A(based on the calculation of the statistical distribution the determination results) or type B(based on the estimation by experience and the probability distribution of other information) were evaluated. According to the method, the component uncertainties were synthesized and extended, respectively to obtain the uncertainty evaluation. The results show that curve fitting was the main sources for uncertainties.
