摘要
应用高频红外碳硫仪 ,建立了硅锰合金中碳、硫的测定方法 ,对测定条件如助熔剂、分析时间等进行了探讨。在最大电流 40 0mA ,载气流速 2 7~ 3 2L/min ,最短分析时间 3 0s(对碳 )、40s(对硫 ) ,比较水平 1 0 0 (对碳 )、2 0 0 (对硫 ) ,坩埚焙烧2h等最佳条件下测定 。
A rapid method for the determination of carbon and sulfur in silicomanganese alloy by using high frequency-infrared absorption was presented The analytical conditions have been tested,such as flux,analytical time,etc In the following conditions,i e work current of 400mA,flow capacity of carrying gas of 2 7-3 2L/min,analytical period of 30s for carbon and 40s for sulfur,carbon and sulfur were determined with satisfactory results.
