摘要
控制和降低钢铁样品超低碳分析中的空白水平是分析成功的关键。实验发现助熔剂是空白的主要来源之一。助熔剂经处理后不仅不影响助燃效果,而且使分析空白由原来的4μg/g左右降到处理后的1μg/g左右。
To control the blank to a very low level is crucial for ultra low carbon determination.The experiment showed that the accelerator accounted large part of the total blank.The accelerator with special treatment did not influence the effect of intensified burning,and the total blank level dropped dramatically from 4 μg/g to about 1 μg/g.
