摘要
依据高频红外碳硫分析仪的工作原理及GB/T 4333.10-2019标准硅铁中碳含量的测定方法要求,针对低w(C)段(0.006 0%~0.025%)硅铁的测量建立数学模型,从样品测量重复性、有证标准物质的不确定度、校准时测量变动、试样称量、仪器显示等多方面评定红外吸收法测定硅铁中碳含量的合成不确定度,并给出评定结果。
According to the working principle of high frequency infrared carbon and sulfur analyzer and the requirement of GB/T4333.10-2019 standard for the determination of carbon content in ferrosilicon,a mathematical model was established for the measurement of ferrosilicon in low content range(0.0060%~0.025%),the synthetic uncertainty in the determination of carbon content in ferrosilicon by infrared absorption method was evaluated from the aspects of sample measurement repeatability,uncertainty of certified reference material,variation of measurement during calibration,sample weighing,instrument display,etc.,the result of evaluation is given.
