本文从实用的观点叙述了有关海洋平台可靠性设计的主要问题,和采用可靠性安全系数法的主要步骤。
This paper describes main questions of the reliability design for offshore platforms from practical viewpoint and main steps using the safety coefficient method based on reliability.
