摘要
介绍了传统型悬臂梁钻井平台的结构组成、滑移系统组成和纵向滑移方式,分析了各滑移方式的技术要求和动作特点。其中,棘爪滑移和销轴滑移虽应用比较广泛,但只能实现步进式滑移;齿轮齿条滑移方式目前应用不多,但可以很好地实现悬臂梁连续平稳滑移。结合实际比较了3种悬臂梁的应用可行性,并给出悬臂梁滑移方式选择的方向。
Traditional cantilever beams structure,skidding system composition and longitudinal skidding modes:pawl skidding mode,hinge pin skidding mode of hydraulic displacement,gear rack skidding mode are described in detail.The technical requirements of the skidding modes and oper-ating characteristics are analyzed.Among them,pawl skidding mode and hinge pin skidding mode, although used more widely than gear rack skidding mode,they can only achieve stepping skid-ding.Gear rack skidding mode can achieve a continuous and smooth skidding of cantilever beams well although the current application is not much.In the end,the application feasibility of the three kinds of cantilever beams are compared according to realities,and selected direction of their skidding modes is given.
