摘要
为避免平台在意外情况下倾斜时钻台滑移坠海事故的发生,在分析自升式钻井平台钻台结构特点的基础上,提出采用丝杠螺母锁紧方式进行钻台锁紧方案,并开展了钻台锁紧装置载荷计算与受力分析研究。以锁紧丝杠螺母为研究对象,利用大型有限元分析软件ABAQUS建立其有限元分析模型,对平台在维持倾斜状态以及突然发生倾斜时锁紧装置的受力和承载进行计算分析。分析结果表明,在平台维持15°倾斜状态时,装置能有效锁紧钻台;平台突然发生倾斜时,运动惯性力随着倾斜速度加快而明显增大,当倾斜15°所用时间长于2.22 s时,装置能保证钻台的锁紧。
To avoid drill floor's gliding and crashing into the sea when platform tilts in accidents, the scheme of adopting leadserew nut locking mode to lock drill floor was formulated on the basis of analyzing the structural feature of the jackup drilling platform drill floor. The load calculation and force analysis of the drill floor locking device were conducted. With locking leadserew nut as the object of study, the large-scale finite element analysis software ABAQUS was used to establish its finite element analysis model. The calculation analysis of the foree and load of the locking device was carried out when the platform was kept in the heeling condition or suddenly tilted. The analysis shows that when the platform is kept in the heeling condition of 15°, the device can effectively lock the drill floor. When the platfoml suddenly tilts, the motion inertia force will increase remarkably with the increase of tilt velocity. When the time needed for 15° tilt is longer than 2. 22 seconds, the device can ensure the locking of the drill floor.
