摘要
农民对农业化学品环境污染的认知,直接影响农民使用农业化学品的行为以及农村环境的污染程度,而信息媒介又是农民形成认知的主要因素。以CGSS2010数据为基础,对农民关于农业化学品环境污染认知的现状、不同信息媒介对农民认知的影响作用以及农民的主要信息源等内容进行研究。结果表明,中国农民对农业化学品环境污染认知水平整体偏低;报纸、广播、电视等传统信息媒介并非影响农民认知的主要因素,互联网和手机定制信息等新兴信息媒介才是影响农民认知的显著因素;新兴信息媒介已经得到越来越多农民的认可,且不存在部分农民群体排斥新兴信息媒介的现象。建议通过两个途径提高农民关于农业化学品环境污染的认知:一是通过培训教育的方式,重点提高受教育程度低、种植规模小的农民电脑及互联网使用技能;二是规范并有效利用手机信息这一媒介,对农资销售商发送的信息内容进行严格监控,保证农民获得更多客观的农业化学品信息。
Farmers＇ cognition about environmental pollution of agricultural chemicals would affect the behavior of using agricultural chemicals and the pollution degree of the rural environment, and information media is the main factor affecting farmers, cognitive. Based on that, the paper used the data of CGSS2010 to study the current situation of farmers＇ cognition, the influence of different information media on farmers＇ cognition, and the farmers＇ main information source. Research result showed that Chinese farmers＇ cognitive level about environmental pollution of agricultural chemicals was low; traditional information media such as newspapers, radio, and TV were not the main factors influencing the farmers＇cognition, but new information media, such as the internet and mobile phone were the significant factors influencing the farmers＇ cognition; new information media has been accepted by more and more farmers, and there is not phenomenon that some farmers reject the new information media. So this study aimed to use the following two ways to increase farmers＇ awareness about environmental pollution of the agricultural chemicals. Firstly, we should use the way of training and education to improve the low level of education and small-scale farmers＇ skills of using computer and internet. Secondly, we should standardize and use the medium of phone message effectively, and strictly monitored the content of the information which was sent from agricultural vendors to farms, made sure that farmers get more objective information about agricultural chemicals.
