基于云模型的区域物流产业集群绩效评价 被引量:6

摘要 物流产业集群在促进物流业发展、带动区域经济发展方面具有重大意义,通过对物流产业集群绩效进行评价来识别物流产业集群发展存在的主要问题,进而提出有针对性的改进措施是目前研究的重点,而将云模型应用到集群绩效评价上不仅能有效实现定性指标与定量指标之间的转换,而且使评价结果更为准确、直观。介绍云模型相关概念;对物流产业集群绩效进行界定,并建立了区域物流产业集群绩效评价体系;以沈阳经济区为例,根据云模型的评价步骤对该区域物流产业集群绩效进行评价。结果表明沈阳经济区物流产业集群绩效水平处于等级"一般"与"较好"之间,应注重竞争合作能力的提高并加强创新能力管理。 Logistics industrial cluster plays an important role in promoting logistics industry and regional e-conomy .And evaluating the performance of logistics industrial cluster and solving the problems encoun -tered in the development is the top priority of the current study .Applying a cloud model in industrial cluster performance evaluation can not only effectively realize the transformation between qualitative concepts and quantitative figures , but it also makes the evaluation results more accurate and intuitive .First, the related concepts of cloud model are defined;second , the meaning of logistics industrial cluster performance is introduced and the performance evaluation system of regional logistics industrial cluster is established ;finally , the cloud model is used to evaluate the performance of regional logistics industrial cluster of Sheny -ang Economic Zone according to the specific evaluation procedures .The result shows that the performance of logistics industrial cluster in Shenyang Economic Zone ranks between the level of "General"and "Good".It should pay more attention to improving competitiveness and collaboration , and strengthening in-novation ability management .
