摘要
以22个湖北高校协同创新中心为例,从结构嵌入、关系嵌入和认知嵌入3个维度剖析创新人才对高校协同创新网络嵌入机理,并通过构建模糊综合评价模型对22个中心进行协同创新绩效评价。研究结果表明:湖北高校协同创新绩效整体情况表现良好;创新人才的结构嵌入和认知嵌入维度对高校协同创新绩效提升的促进作用更加明显,而关系嵌入维度的作用相对较弱。最后,探讨强化创新人才网络嵌入的战略举措,为高校协同创新中心实现内涵式发展提供策略建议。
Taking 22 cooperative innovation centers of Hubei universities as an example, this paper analyzes the mechanism of innovative talents' embedding into cooperative innovation network from three dimensions: structural embedding, relational embedding and cognitive embedding. A fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is constructed to evaluate the collaborative innovation performance of these 22 centers. The results show that, the overall performance of cooperative innovation performance in Hubei colleges and universities is good, and the structural embedding and cognitive embedding dimensions of innovative talents promote the promotion of cooperative innovation performance more obviously, while the effect of relational embedding dimension is relatively weak. Finally, this paper discusses the strategic measures to strengthen the network embedding of innovative talents, and provides some suggestions for implementation of the implicit development of cooperative innovation center in colleges and universities.
