Monitoring results of foodborne pathogens in food from Kaifeng markets in 2013

摘要 目的掌握开封市市售食品中食源性致病菌污染状况,确定该市高危食品,为预防控制食源性疾病提供科学依据。方法依据国家标准和《2013年国家食源性致病菌监测工作手册》对从该市市场采集的9大类食品共243份样本进行了8种食源性致病菌的分离与鉴定。结果 243份样品中检出致病菌19株,总检出率为7.82%。铜绿假单胞菌的检出率最高(26.09%,6/23),其次为蜡样芽孢杆菌(15.38%,6/39)。9类食品中桶装饮用水污染最为严重,其次是乳及乳制品。结论该市食品存在食源性致病菌污染,个别致病菌污染较为严重,尤其是桶装饮用水中的铜绿假单胞菌污染,各监督管理部门应加强对污染严重食品的监管,保障人民群众饮食安全。 [Objective]To understand the contamination situation of foodborne pathogens in food collected from Kaifeng markets in order to identify the high-risk food,,and provide the basis for the prevention and control of food- borne diseases. [Methods]According to the method of national standard and the"manual for national food-borne pathogens surveillance in 2013",8 kinds of foodborne pathogens were isolated and identified in 243 samples of 8 kinds of food collected from Kaifeng markets. [Results] Nineteen pathogenic strains were isolated from 243 food samples,and the overall positive rate was 7. 82%. The positive rate for Pseudomonas aeruginosa was the highest( 26. 09%,6 /23),followed by that for Bacillus cereus( 15. 38%,6 /39). The polluted status in bottled drinking water were the most serious,followed by the milk and dairy products. [Conclusion]Contamination of foodborne pathogens exist in Kaifeng City. Some pathogen pollution is serious,especially the contamination of Pseudomonas aeruginosa in bottled drinking water,the supervision and management departments should strengthen pollution food supervision,and ensure the food safety of people.
