摘要
[目的]为能快速准确检验瓶装水中是否被铜绿假单孢菌污染。[方法]利用铜绿假单孢菌产生乙酰胺酶将乙酰胺(CH3CONH2)分解放出NH3,与奈氏试剂反应产生红褐色沉淀的原理,研究瓶装水中铜绿假单孢菌的快速检验方法。[结果]试验结果表明用乙酰胺酶产生培养基能快速检验瓶装水中有无铜绿假单孢菌,比常规检测方法速度快。[结论]用乙酰胺酶产生培养基快速检验瓶装水中有无被铜绿假单孢菌污染的方法是可行的,可以在相关检验行业中推广应用。
[Objective] To detect pseuelomonas aeruginosa polluted bottle water fastly. [Methods] A fast detection method for Pseudomonas aeruginosa in bottle water was explored by the principle that Pseudomonas aeruginosa produced aeetamide enzyme which accelerated acetaminde (CH3CONH2) to release ammonia (NH3) which would produce sorrel deposition with nessler reagent. [ ResuRs] The results showed that using culture medium of acetamide enzyme could detect Pseudomonas aeruginosa in bottle water rapidly, and this detection method was faster than conventional detection method. [ Conclusion] Using culture medium of acetamide enzyme can detect Pseudomonas aeruginosa in bottle water rapidly, and it can be widely used in correlative detection industry.
