摘要
目的调查泸州市家用净水器的使用率及居民对净水器的认知情况,了解居民在使用净水器过程中存在的误区,为消费者是否购买净水器以及购买何种类型的净水器提供参考依据。方法 2015年9月-2016年9月,随机抽取泸州市江阳区、龙马潭区、纳溪区常驻居民600人为调查对象,采用自制问卷、面对面调查方式调查其家用净水器使用情况及居民对家用净水器认知情况。结果泸州市家用净水器使用率为18.81%,泸州市居民对家用净水器认知情况偏低。年龄对一般饮水认知情况影响有差异(P<0.05);居民选择不使用家用净水器的主要理由为家中已有饮水装置;其中35.12%的居民认为暂时不需要净水器,其理由为使用过净水器的亲友不推荐使用;曾经使用过家用净水器的居民中,42.86%的居民认为定期更换滤芯及后期维护太麻烦,37.76%的居民认为净水器使用后仍有二次污染问题;正在或打算使用家用净水器的居民中,男性居民对净水器使用知识问答正确率普遍高于女性,且该部分居民对家用净水器使用过程注意事项认知率较高,不同职业居民中有72.62%选择使用家用净水器的理由为其能对自来水进行过滤,去除水中的大颗粒杂质、重金属、细菌等有害杂质。结论泸州市居民对净水器净水使用方式不够了解、信任度不够是净水器低使用率的主要原因。
Objective To search the usage rate of household water purifier in Luzhou and to know how the residents think or misunderstand while using water purifiers,and so provides references for the residents on whether to buy water purifiers and how to choose it. Methods From September 2015 to September 2016, 600 residents in Luzhou were randomly selected to answer the self-made questionnaires about household water purifiers. Result The usage rate of water purifier in Luzhou is 18.81%. The cognition condition of residents in Luzhou is low and different（P〈0.05）. The main reason why people don＇t use water purifier is that they have already had a drinking water device, 42.86% of the people think it is troublesome to replace the fitter core and maintain it.37.76% of them believe that there are secondary pollution problems. Among the people who are or intend to use household water purifiers, men＇s accuracy about purifier is generally higher than women＇s. 72.62% of them choose to use water purifier for it can remove impurities, heavy metals, bacteria and other harmful substances. Conclusion Residents in Luzhou are lack of knowledge on using methods of water purifier, so they don＇t trust it. This is the main reason for the low usage rate.
