荆门市居民家用净水设备细菌污染调查

Investigation on bacterial pollution in household water purifying devices among residents in Jingmen

摘要 目的调查荆门市家用净水设备出水细菌污染状况及其可能的影响因素,为合理使用净水设备提供科学依据。方法依据《生活饮用水标准检验方法微生物指标》(GB/T5750.12—2006)对未经净水设备过滤的自来水(对照水样)和经净水设备过滤后的水样(净化水样)进行检测,并对所有菌落总数超标的净化水样进行菌种鉴定,分析导致净水设备出水水样细菌污染的关键因素。结果51份对照水样中,有20份(39.2%)菌落总数超过规定限值,有7份(13.7%)检出总大肠菌群;51份净化水样中,有29份(56.9%)菌落总数超过规定限值,有5份(9.8%)水样检出总大肠菌群;所有水样均未检出大肠埃希菌。29份菌落总数超标的净化水样共分离鉴定出细菌菌株66株,包括革兰阴性杆菌59株、革兰阳性芽孢杆菌1株、革兰阳性球菌6株;66株细菌隶属18个种,包括铜绿假单胞菌等10种条件致病菌。结论本次家用净水设备的出水存在细菌污染。净水设备的产地、滤芯组件及滤芯使用时间可能与菌落总数超标有关。 Objective To investigate the situation of bacterial pollution and possible influencing factors of the household waterpurifying equipment in Jinmen and provide scientific basis for the reasonable use of purifying equipment.Methods According to Standard Examination Methods for Drinking Water-Microbiological Parameters(GB/T5750.12-2006),the tap water samples unfiltered by the purifying equipment and the purified water samples filtered by the purifying equipment were determined,the bacterium in the purified water samples with the total number of bacterial colonies exceeding the standard were analyzed and identified by mass-spectrometric technique.Finally,the critical factors for microbial pollution of the outlet water of the purifying devices were analyzed based on the questionnaire.Results Among 51 control water samples,higher total bacterial counts exceeding the limiting value were found in 20(39.2%)water samples,total coliform was found in seven(13.7%)water samples.Among 51 purified water samples,higher total bacterial count exceeding the limiting value were found in 29(56.9%)water samples,total coliform was found in five(9.8%)samples.E.coli was not found in all samples.A total of 66 bacteria strains were isolated and identified in 29 purified water samples with the total bacterial count exceeding the standard,including 59 gram-negative bacillus,one gram-positive bacillus and six gram-positive cocci.The 66 bacteria mentioned above belonged to18 species,including 10 opportunistic pathogens such as Pseudomonas aeruginosa and so on.Conclusion The bacterial pollution in effluent of the household water-purifying equipment is serious,which may be affacted by the place of origin,filter element and service life,induces higher total number of bacteria exceeding the standard.
