摘要
三维作业指示是数字化技术在制造产业发展应用的产物,它将现场生产作业所需的信息通过三维模型及三维工艺模拟来表达。分析了船舶建造行业现行作业指导的应用现状及不足,提出采用三维模式来表达生产信息,重点研究了三维作业指示的形式及内容,并针对76000t散货船的部分典型工艺建立了三维作业指示。实例表明,三维作业指示这种新型的工艺表达模式应用于现场是行之有效的,它能够全面直观地表达生产信息,提升现场施工的准确性,缩短船舶建造周期,降低生产成本。
3D work instruction is a product of digital technology applications in the manufacturing industry, which displays the information needed for on-site production via 3D models and 3D process simulations. This study analyzes the current application status and insufficiencies of work instruction in the shipbuilding industry, proposes to express the production information by means of 3D models, puts emphasis on the study of the form and content of 3D work instruction, and establishes the 3D work instruction for part of the typical work process of a 76000dwt bulk carrier. This example shows that the new process display mode via 3D work instruction is effective in on-site applications, which can demonstrate the production information comprehensively and intuitively, so as to improve the on-site working accuracy, shorten the shipbuilding cycle and reduce the production cost.
