摘要 船舶设计是一项涉及众多单位,部门及人员的庞大工程。在船舶项目进程中,设计师团队的有效协作和配合,是实现船舶并行设计的重要因素。首先通过剖析几种典型的传统船舶产品开发设计组织模式,归纳其优点与缺点。根据并行工程的理念提出了船舶设计集成开发团队的概念,并从团队的组织模式、构建原则和构建步骤几方面进行定义,重点包括团队规模、人员结构、工作计划与任务分配、团队运行与管理模式,冲突协调过程等。由此建立了满足并行工程要求的船舶设计集成产品开发团队(IPT)组织。实现了跨部门多学科团队成员之间的信息共享、共同决策、高度协同设计。使团队组织更灵活、更快速,极大的提高船舶设计工作效率和缩短船舶项目设计周期。 Ship design is a huge project involving many units, departments and personnel. During the project process, effective coordination and cooperation within the design team is an important factor to realize ship concurrent design. Firstly, the advantageous and disadvantageous of several typical conventional ship product development and design organization modes are analyzed. The ship design integrated product team concept is then proposed according to the concurrent engineering theory, and defined in terms of the team organization mode, construction principle and construction steps, which mainly include team size, personnel structure, work plan and task assignments, team operation as well as management mode and conflict coordination processes etc. The ship design integrated product team (IPT) organization satisfying the requirements of concurrent engineering is thus established, which realizes information sharing, co-decision, highly collaborative design among multidisciplinary teams across departments. As a result, the team organization will become more flexible and efficient, which will significantly improve the ship design efficiency and shorten the ship project design cycle.
