摘要
介绍了中国矿业大学图书馆综合阅览室在创新视野下针对阅览室工作所遇到的具体问题,以服务创新、态度创新的理念开展工作,在制定工作规范、合理分配员工工作、开展多元化服务、提高服务水平、完善数据统计、提高效率、提升读者素质等方面所做的有益尝试,探讨其在人性化管理及提升读者素质方面的实践价值;对未来工作提出建议,以小见大,抛砖引玉,以期促进我馆及高校图书馆事业的发展。
